Anodizing is the electro-chemical conversion of aluminum and its alloys into aluminum oxide. Anodizing prevents corrosion, it is more abrasive resistant than steel and it renders the aluminum dielectric. With two totally automated, computer controlled processing lines, Richcoat LLC. is prepared to provide fast and efficient anodizing services to clients involved with; the automotive industries, the military and the aero space industries. Our equipment and computers are designed to handle over ten thousand parts per hour, realizing that higher volumes ensure greater control of quality parameters.
